Nature of Services
I offer intuitive and spiritual services intended to support personal reflection, healing, and self-discovery. My offerings include mediumship, psychic and intuitive readings, and intuitive artwork created through meditation, intention, and energetic connection.

Each session and painting is a unique experience. I begin by entering a meditative state and connecting with Universal Consciousness before focusing my attention on your energy. Throughout the process, I allow intuition to guide the information, imagery, colors, symbols, and messages that come forward. While creating intuitive artwork or during a reading, I may receive impressions related to your life, your energy, your loved ones in spirit, or your guiding team. These impressions are shared with the intention of providing insight, comfort, encouragement, and spiritual guidance.

Because intuitive work is deeply personal and experiential, every client's experience is different. The information received is based on my sincere intuitive perception at the time of your session and should be viewed as an opportunity for reflection rather than absolute fact. I cannot guarantee that specific information, messages, symbols, or spirit communicators will come forward during any session or artwork.

My services are offered with respect, compassion, and the intention of supporting your highest good. 

By scheduling a session or purchasing intuitive artwork, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these services and choose to participate voluntarily with an open mind and personal discernment.

 

Entertainment & Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer
All mediumship, psychic, intuitive, and intuitive art services are provided for spiritual exploration, personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

The information shared during a reading or conveyed through an intuitive painting is based on my personal intuitive perceptions and spiritual practice. While I strive to provide every session with honesty, integrity, and compassion, intuitive information is subjective and should not be considered factual, absolute, or guaranteed. Messages and impressions are open to personal interpretation, and each client is encouraged to use their own judgment and discernment when considering the guidance received.

No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading, intuitive message, or artwork interpretation. Future events are not fixed and may change based on free will, personal choices, and circumstances beyond anyone's control. Communication with loved ones in spirit, specific messages, or particular outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

By booking a session or purchasing an intuitive painting, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these services and accept full responsibility for your own interpretations, decisions, and actions. These services are intended to complement your own personal and spiritual journey and are not intended to replace your own intuition, wisdom, or independent decision-making.

 

No Professional Advice
My services are intended to provide spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, and opportunities for personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I am not a licensed physician, mental health professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or other licensed professional. Nothing shared during a reading or conveyed through an intuitive painting should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Please consult a qualified and licensed professional regarding any medical concerns, mental health needs, legal matters, financial decisions, tax questions, or other issues requiring professional expertise. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional care or advice because of information received during one of my services.

I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medications, recommend starting or stopping medications or treatments, predict or certify pregnancy outcomes, or provide advice regarding legal proceedings, financial investments, or other regulated matters.

Any decisions you make following a reading or interpretation are your own responsibility. My services are offered to support your personal and spiritual journey and should be used alongside—not in place of—appropriate professional care and your own thoughtful judgment.

 

No Guarantees
Every reading, mediumship session, and intuitive painting is a unique experience, and the information that comes through will be different for each person. Because intuitive work is not an exact science, I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any session or artwork interpretation.

I cannot guarantee that a specific loved one in spirit will communicate, that particular messages will come through, or that the information received will meet your expectations. I also cannot guarantee predictions, future events, timelines, relationship outcomes, career outcomes, financial results, health outcomes, or any other specific result.

Future possibilities are influenced by free will, personal choices, and changing life circumstances. The guidance shared during a session or through an intuitive painting reflects the energy and intuitive impressions available at the time of the reading and should be viewed as insight rather than certainty.

By booking a session or purchasing intuitive artwork, you acknowledge that no promises or guarantees have been made regarding the content of the reading, the messages received, or the results you may experience afterward.

 

Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive services. I do not provide readings or intuitive services for minors.

 

Health, Crisis & Medical Disclaimer
My services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor are they a substitute for medical care, therapy, counseling, or other professional treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or are in crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or your local emergency services immediately.

I do not provide readings or guidance regarding medical diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, pregnancy outcomes, or the timing or cause of death. Any intuitive information shared is offered solely for personal reflection and spiritual insight and should never be used to make medical or emergency decisions. Please consult the appropriate licensed professional for advice regarding your health, mental health, pregnancy, or any other medical concerns.

 

Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. All sessions and personal information shared with me will be kept confidential and will not be shared with others without your permission, except where required by law. By booking a session, you acknowledge that electronic communication and online services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

 

Recording Policy
Sessions will only be recorded with your express permission. No recording will be made without your consent.

If a recording is provided, it is offered as a complimentary courtesy only. While every effort will be made to create and deliver the recording, Sanj.Studio cannot guarantee that a recording will be successfully created, saved, or delivered. Recordings are not included in the purchase price of a session, and no refunds, credits, or rescheduled appointments will be provided due to recording issues.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend a scheduled session may result in the loss of the session fee and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule, please contact Sanj.Studio as soon as possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, appointment availability cannot be guaranteed.

Sanj.Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to practitioner illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, any available options will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Policy
Sanj.Studio is committed to providing meaningful and respectful experiences for every client. If, during a session, the information shared does not resonate with you or I am unable to make a connection, you may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future service.

Refund or credit requests must be submitted within 10 days of your appointment. Each request will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair and supportive resolution.

Refunds or credits are not provided for a change of mind after a completed session, dissatisfaction based solely on receiving unexpected information, or decisions made based on personal interpretation of the information shared. The intention of each session is to provide insight, reflection, and spiritual support, while honoring that each person's experience is unique.

Sanj.Studio reserves the right to determine whether a refund or credit is the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the session.

 

Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. Sanj.Studio accepts payment through PayPal and any other payment methods made available at the time of checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable Illinois sales tax and any required fees will be added to purchases as required by law. Clients are responsible for reviewing the total amount due before completing payment.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the service description, policies, and terms provided by Sanj.Studio. Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

If a payment issue occurs, please contact Sanj.Studio as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter.

 

Artwork Policy
Each intuitive artwork is created uniquely and intentionally for the individual it is created for. Because each piece is created through an intuitive and artistic process, no two artworks are the same. Your high-resolution digital copy is intended to represent your artwork as accurately as possible; however, slight differences in color, texture, and appearance may occur between the digital image and the original physical artwork.

Original artwork may be requested and shipped for an additional cost. If you choose not to receive the original artwork, Sanj.Studio reserves the right to share, display, or sell the original piece in order to provide it with a new home. Any personal information, identifying details, or private interpretations connected to you will be completely removed before the artwork is shared, displayed, or sold.

If an intuitive artwork does not resonate with you and a refund is provided, Sanj.Studio reserves the right to reclaim ownership of the original artwork. The original piece and any reproductions or prints may then be displayed, shared, or sold. All personal information and identifying details related to the original recipient will be permanently removed from the artwork’s records and presentation.

With your permission, your artwork may be used for advertising, promotional materials, social media, website content, and portfolio purposes. Any use of your artwork will be handled respectfully, and personal information will be removed to protect your privacy unless you provide additional consent to share it.

Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, intuitive interpretations, written materials, website content, branding, and other creative works created by Sanj.Studio remain the intellectual property of Sanj.Studio unless otherwise stated in writing.

When you purchase an original intuitive artwork, you receive ownership of the physical artwork itself. Copyright, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights remain with Sanj.Studio. Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Clients are welcome to display their purchased artwork for personal enjoyment, spiritual practice, meditation, or reflection. Any reproduction, resale, commercial use, or creation of derivative works requires written permission from Sanj.Studio.

Sanj.Studio reserves the right to photograph, display, share, and use artwork created for clients for portfolio, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes with client consent. Any personal information or identifying details will be removed unless additional permission has been provided.

 

Shipping Policy
Original artwork may be shipped to clients upon request for an additional cost for the physical artwork and shipping and handling fee. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the artwork size, packaging requirements, destination, and current shipping rates. Payment for shipping and handling must be received before the artwork is shipped.

Once your artwork has been shipped, Sanj.Studio will provide tracking information when available so you may follow the delivery progress of your package. Please ensure that all shipping information provided at the time of purchase is accurate. Sanj.Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is lost, stolen, or does not arrive after shipment, please contact Sanj.Studio so the situation can be reviewed. If a refund is approved, the refund will cover only the cost of the physical artwork and the shipping and handling fees paid for the shipment.

Because the intuitive artwork process and accompanying written intuitive message and interpretation are personalized services that have already been created and delivered, refunds will not be provided for the intuitive creation process, energetic connection, or written interpretation. These components are considered received at the time the artwork and interpretation are completed and provided.

Sanj.Studio will make every reasonable effort to package your artwork securely and support a smooth delivery experience.

Privacy Policy
Sanj.Studio values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. Information collected during booking, sessions, artwork creation, or communication may include your name, contact information, payment details, photos, personal background information, and any details you voluntarily share as part of your experience.

Your information is used only for purposes related to providing services, communicating with you, processing payments, creating personalized artwork, and improving the client experience. Personal information shared during sessions or in connection with intuitive artwork will be treated with care and confidentiality and will not be shared publicly without your permission, except where required by law.

For intuitive artwork and readings, any personal details or identifying information will be removed before artwork, testimonials, or client experiences are shared publicly unless you provide additional consent. If you choose to provide permission for marketing or portfolio use, Sanj.Studio will use your information respectfully and only within the scope of the permission granted.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers and is subject to their own privacy and security policies. Sanj.Studio does not store complete payment card information.

By using Sanj.Studio services, you acknowledge that electronic communication, online booking systems, and digital storage methods carry inherent risks and cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. You agree to communicate with Sanj.Studio voluntarily and understand that reasonable measures will be taken to protect your information.

Liability Waiver & Release
By booking a service or purchasing artwork from Sanj.Studio, you acknowledge and agree that intuitive, mediumship, psychic, and spiritual services are personal experiences intended for reflection, insight, and spiritual exploration. You understand that the information shared during a session or through an intuitive artwork interpretation is subjective and should be considered through your own personal judgment and discernment.

You voluntarily choose to participate in these services and accept responsibility for any decisions, actions, or choices you make based on the information, impressions, or guidance received. Sanj.Studio is not responsible or liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from your interpretation or use of the information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Sanj.Studio, its owner, practitioners, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in intuitive services, readings, artwork interpretations, or related offerings.

This waiver does not limit any rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

 

Governing Law
These Terms, Policies, and any agreements between you and Sanj.Studio shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to services, artwork purchases, policies, or agreements with Sanj.Studio shall be resolved according to the applicable laws of Illinois. By booking services or purchasing artwork, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the jurisdiction described above.
